Blue vervain was considered by the Iroquois as a cure-all herb, as well as a sacred plant in their medicinal lore.  European vervain has been used for a variety of health issues ranging from sore throats and coughs including whooping cough, to asthma, nervous disorder treatment, digestive disorders and helping lactation in nursing mothers.  It has been used historically to restore menstruation, it has a noticeable effect on supporting the nervous system, and helping to recalibrate mood.

Blue vervain in organic alcohol-water extract.

Shake before using. Sediment does not alter quality. DOSE: 2-4 droppers or 1/4-1/2 tsp 2x-3x per day in warm water. Do not use if pregnant or seal is broken. If taking prescription drugs, inform health practitioner before use. Keep from children. Store in cool dark place.
