Let’s face it: most herbal tinctures don’t taste that great and even the ones that are more palatable than others usually are an acquired taste. Instead of choking them down in a bit of water to dilute them, try adding your herbs to your morning tea. Just put your usual dose in with your tea and fix it using your normal method. For something you’re planning on drinking anyway, it’s nice to make the experience a little more pleasant.
If you don’t drink tea, don’t fret! Try adding them to some orange juice or even coffee.
