Promotes Digestion (Great Tasting)
Holiday Bitters is an aperitif containing over 40 different herbs and honey, all of which are conducive to improving digestion. It includes all of the major bitters and sours associated with encouraging the entire digestive tract to do its job with more efficiency. When Holiday Bitters is taken before a meal, the consumer can extract and assimilate more of the goodness from the food ingested, the body nutrient requirements are met more easily, and the hunger mechanisms are turned off because the body is sated.
"Most European countries appreciate a large variety of aperitif's, and allow time before a meal to consume them and focus the body's attention on the prospect of digesting the ensuing meal. It is a lovely custom that I encourage in my patient population as part of their healthy lifestyle choices." -Martha
