Motherwort is used to promote relaxation and is supportive of cardiovascular health. Part of the mint family, Motherwort is calming and supportive to the nervous system. This herb is especially supportive to women.
Motherwort gets its name from its use in ancient Greece as an herbal aid during childbirth.
It is also very nourishing, much like Nettle or Dandelion. It is considered to be especially useful for symptoms of PMS and healthy hormone balance.Organic Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca), Organic Gluten-Free Alcohol (25-30%), Distilled Water.
Shake before using. Sediment does not alter quality. DOSE: 2-6 droppers or 1/4 - 3/4 tsp in warm water 2x-4x per day. Do not use if pregnant, nursing, or if seal is broken. If taking prescription drugs, inform health practitioner before use. Keep from children. Store in cool dark place.
