Lymph Oil

My lymphatic system has been my achilles heel since my teen years and I am now a senior citizen. I have learned that I need to tend to my lymph on a daily basis. I came to purchase this lymph oil upon the recommendation of my acupuncturist when I was dealing with post-COVID ear problems. I used this in conjunction with facial cupping to relieve pressure and it was the most effective way for me to get relief. As an added bonus, the aroma is extremely pleasant. I am planning on using this Lymph Oil in conjunction with the lymphatic drainage techniques I learned from Dr. Perry Nickleston's fabulous YouTube videos. Yet again, another Benedictine product that my son brought to me for the lymphedema swelling in my right leg. I rubbed it on the back of my knee and around my ankle. Usually, when I get out of bed the swelling is down but when I walk around the fluid piles up at my ankle but after putting it on before bed the swelling was considerably less and has not gotten any worse. These products are amazing!
